What we collect, why we use it, and how to contact us about your information.
Last updated: 4 October 2026
1. Who is responsible
Nexmks United LLP, D-77, D Block, Sector 63, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India, is responsible for the website and its business enquiries. For privacy questions, requests, or grievances, email contact@nexmks.com with the subject “Privacy request”.
2. Information and purposes
When you email us, we receive your email address, name if provided, message, attachments, and business or project details you choose to send. We use this information to respond, prepare a proposal, provide agreed services, maintain relevant business records, and manage disputes or legal obligations. We do not treat an enquiry as permission to add you to unrelated marketing lists. Do not send passwords, private keys, recovery phrases, or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
3. Technical information and cookies
The hosting provider may process IP addresses, browser information, requested URLs, and access times to deliver and secure the site. This theme adds no advertising trackers, analytics scripts, third-party font requests, embedded maps, or public contact-form database. WordPress may use cookies for authenticated administrative sessions and security. Any additional analytics or advertising technology introduced later must be reflected in this policy, with consent where required.
4. Sharing and external services
Information may be processed by hosting, email, and other service providers as needed for the stated purposes, under appropriate handling arrangements. We may disclose information when legally required or to protect lawful rights. We do not sell personal information. Email and Google Maps links open external services with their own privacy terms. Providers may process information outside India; applicable transfer restrictions and contractual safeguards must be observed.
5. Retention and protection
Enquiry information is kept for the period needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting engagement. Business and security records may be retained longer where required for tax, accounting, dispute resolution, or other legal obligations. Information no longer needed is deleted or anonymised, subject to lawful retention and backup cycles. Access should be restricted to people who need it for their work; security incidents are handled with any legally required notifications.
6. Choices, requests, and grievances
You can ask us to correct, provide access to, or delete information you have supplied, or withdraw consent for optional processing by emailing contact@nexmks.com. Withdrawal does not invalidate earlier lawful processing and may affect a service that needs the information. We may verify your identity and retain records where required by law. We will address requests and complaints within the applicable legal time limits. Where available under law, you may escalate an unresolved concern to the competent authority after following any required grievance process.
7. Children
Our services are intended for businesses and adults able to enter a contract. We do not intentionally request personal information from children through this website. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so that we can assess and take appropriate action.
8. Indian data-protection framework
Applicable Indian law governs our handling of personal information, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and associated rules where applicable, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 and rules as the relevant provisions come into force. Statutory rights and obligations apply according to their commencement and applicability. This policy does not reduce any protection available under applicable law.
9. Policy changes
If our practices change, we will update this page and its revision date. Where a change requires a new notice or consent under applicable law, we will provide or obtain it before the relevant processing.
